Head of Operations (f/m/d)

As Head of Operations you report directly to the CEO of the company and are responsible for the efficient execution of all core processes of our company.

Your tasks will include:

• Building, monitoring and refining processes related to contracting, invoicing, customer processes, accounting, HR, compliance
• Step-by-step development of your own operations team
• Execution of various strategic projects on behalf of our CEO
• Managing operational budgets and ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with financial targets
• Identifying and mitigating risks in operational processes and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Automating our processes and implementing tools and technologies to optimise workflows and support scalability
• Working closely with IT and software development teams to ensure the integration of operational systems into the business infrastructure
• Fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and innovation

Your profile

• Think and act like an entrepreneur
• A generalist and have at least 7 years of experience in various functions in the areas of operations, business development, corporate development or ideally a management consultancy
• Have a strong understanding of business processes
• Take things into your own hands at first and want to build and lead your own operations team over time
• Have excellent language skills in German and English (written and spoken) (English-only applicants without German language skills will not be considered)
• Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following fields
  • Economics (business administration, economics)
  • Engineering sciences
  • Computer science or data science
  • Natural sciences (maths, physics, chemistry)
